    Come on down to Historic Downtown Evanston on Thursday, December to officially kick of the Holiday season!  Merchants will be offering discounts, specials and drawings! There will be food, fun and entertainment galore! The Evanston Children's Theater will be hosting the Lighted Christmas Parade and there will be a special appearance by Santa and Mrs. Claus! You don't want to miss this!
