    - Pick up your leprechaun game booklet at the Uinta County Library.
    -Visit participating businesses & write down the letters displayed in their windows.
    -Unscramble the letters to decipher the St. Patrick's Day-themed message and return your booklet to the green mailbox at the library entrance.
    Two winners will be drawn after March 23rd!
