    Event Description:
    Join the Evanston Police Department and The Evanston Parks & Recreation District for a FREE Family Event at the Bear Community Center.  Free chili, hot dogs and hot chocolate while supplies last from 6PM-8PM.  Skate on the ponds with free skate rentals from the Rec. Center (skate rental will take place at the Rec. Center through out the day).
