Skills We're Looking For:
- Educate patients on the latest eyewear technologies and innovations, guiding them to the best options for their visual needs.
- Take precise measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with impeccable accuracy, ensuring optimal comfort and visual performance.
- Assist in managing our inventory of frames, cases, and accessories, ensuring we offer a diverse and up-to-date selection to our patients.
- Address patient concerns with the fit and performance of their eyewear, troubleshooting issues to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Analyze patient vision benefits coverage to calculate costs and discuss payment options.
- Meet with frame manufacturers' representatives to select new inventory that meets our quality standards and patient needs.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays to showcase our eyewear collection effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent critical thinking abilities.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a focus on customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of related work experience preferred.
- ABO Certification is a plus.
